The low-carbon cookbook

Food accounts for 30% of GHG emissions. Every day, for breakfast, lunch and dinner we make a choice that can change this impact… but by how much?

The project:

“The low-carbon cookbook” contains the carbon footprints of recipes so that you know what your food impact is and how much you can reduce it by thanks to simple choices. It is a collaborative project uniting chefs, climate change scientists, photographers and more.

Want to join?

We are looking for chefs to provide delicious recipes, a photographer to capture the meals.
